Refund Policy

I want you to feel comfortable and informed before booking.

Because this work is prepared and carried out personally for each client, refunds are not available once a service or session has started. Time, attention, and energy are reserved specifically for you, which is why completed or in-progress services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you are unsure whether a service is right for you, please feel free to contact me before purchasing.

When a refund may be possible

Refunds may be considered if:

  • you paid by mistake
  • you changed your mind before I started the work
  • a duplicate payment was made
  • a live session cannot go ahead and cannot be rescheduled

 

If a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.

Live sessions and rescheduling

If you cannot attend a live session because of illness, a family matter, or another serious circumstance, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to reschedule your appointment.
